How do I re-arrange my appointment?

If you'd like to re-arrange your appointment, you can simply give us a call and we'll arrange your appointment at a time that suits you.

We will need to know that you wish to cancel by 10am on the day before your appointment is due. 

How do I book an appointment?

If you're an existing sk:n client and would like to book your next appointment for a treatment you're already having, simply give us a call and we'll be happy to help.

If you're an existing client, but are interested in booking in for a treatment for the first time, please give us a call so that we can run through some important questions with you.

New to sk:n? Please give us a call so we can take your details and book you in with the right person to get the best results for you.

I'd like to confirm my appointment.

We send confirmation emails 24 hours after you've booked and also, we send a helpful reminder email 48 hours before your appointment time. Please check your Spam folder in case they've not reached your Inbox.

Not sure what to do before your appointment? It's best to be make up free and bring any medications you regularly take.

Want to bring a friend or child with you to your appointment? We kindly ask friends, relatives and children to wait in the waiting room whilst you have your appointment. Children must be supervised by an adult at all time (other than the client and clinic staff).

How do I cancel my appointment?

If you're unable to attend your appointment, please call us immediately.

We will need to know that you wish to cancel by 10am on the day before your appointment is due.

Failure to cancel or rearrange your appointment before then will result in the loss of the treatment from your course of treatment or your deposit being redeemed.

What if I'm deaf or hard of hearing?

If you are hard of hearing then we recommend using the Deaf Relay service run by BID.  Deaf Relays are experienced Deaf people who work alongside BSL interpreters with users who are Deaf and have a specific language need due to a disability or not being a native BSL user. The Relay adapts what the hearing interpreter is signing into a variation of sign for the client, together with the client’s response for the interpreter, to assist understanding.  More information can be found at their website here.
