There was a lot lacking in continuity at Harborne Road clinic...perhaps I was just unlucky. But I do know others who have had the same happen to them. However, the complaints system was brilliant. I was responded to immediately and I would say it went a long way to recovering the situation. I would say that had it not been the exceptional service and expertise of Amii, I would have been completely disappointed. She is definitely knows her stuff and she's an asset to the clinic. She identified why the treatment wasn't working for me and within 2 sessions I was seeing the difference!! Overall the staff are really friendly and it's a welcoming clinic. Would recommend!
