Sometimes a little difficult to understand booking procedure by not being able to ring the specific Skin surgery direct.
Really friendly staff and the consultant explained everything he was doing so that I felt really comfortable.
I booked an appt to enquire about mole removal and received excellent service, the treatment was then carried out and my only regret was I had not done this sooner. The procedure was quick, painless and I was put completely at ease throughout. All the staff were friendly yet professional. I would highly recommend the clinic and would not hesitate to return.

Waiting time - I realise it was a Saturday and therefore was a busy day however 45 minutes was a long time to wait. It would have been helpful to have been told when I arrived that there was a delay with appointments. On a positive note, the staff at Sk:n Newcastle are always friendly and professional, especially the ones I have dealt with, namely Helen (nurse) and the staff on reception.
Consultation with the Doctor was clear & concise & felt no pressure to proceed with treatment & was instructed to have 5 days inbetween consultation & appointment for procedure in order to have time to digest the information & time to consider whether to go ahead or not. I felt comfortable discussing the different options with Nick from the start. The treatment was quick & painless with no hidden or added costs.
