It's very clean, highly professional staff. As soon as you walk in, you feel at home as the staff and environment is so welcoming. When I had two moles lasered off, I was worried, but I felt constantly reassured and safe in the hands of the doctor and her nurse. I already love my results and can't wait for it to heal to see what it would look like a few months down the road.
Since your organisation is so widespread, I found the lack of international resources a bit surprising. For example, your online form only allows for British phone numbers which is difficult if you don’t have one. Additionally, it would be nice if you took international insurance. Otherwise, i found everyone and everything very accommodating and I appreciated the quick and professional service.
