It is very frustrating that you can't just phone your local clinic easily but always have to go through the main national number switchboard just to speak to someone about an appointment or an issue. Even when I call a local number given to be by the clinic (in Guildford), this 01483 number goes through to the main national number where there is always a long wait and I don't find the operators that answer particularly friendly!
Lucy I think her name is in guildford gives me a ten out of ten treatment she’s professional polite and puts me at ease she’s also extremely knowledgeable on my skin concerns and I will most probably have more treatments with her Chloe
