At your newcastle branch- Cheryl was warm, knowledgable and informal putting me at ease and talking me through the whole process with no pressure or obligation. We was the reason I decided to go for the treatments and I’ll choose to have her administer them throughout the course. Dr james Wokes was also hugely comforting, professional and put me at ease straightaway. Also the fact you have a plastic surgeon administering is a way to make clients feel professionally taken care of. Your staff are a real credit to your company. Can’t rate them enough.
