Reception at Milton Keynes is not good - I have spent a lot of money with skn over the years, I always include my daughter and pay for my daughter - but on Saturday reception had made a mistake, the girl had one time on her computer, - but the message I was sent was different!! I did show her the message I received which said my appointment was for 2.40 - she said she did not care, and I was wrong??!! She shouted at me!!! I have never seen this girl before, I usually know the receptionists and get on with them. Even Dr Ziener apologised to me for her rudeness. The result was that instead of having 2 x fillers each (my daughter and I) we only had one! I would also prefer to be able to contact Milton Keynes directly - it can cause problems having to go through Birmingham - a direct line would make things easier.
