The staff are all great and make you feel good about your treatment
I liked the fact I was talked to and explained about everything from the procedure to what it was I have got, nothing was too much trouble, everyone was very pleasant.
The treatment I have received has been good, the service has been poor. The management and administration lacks communication and delivers poor customer service.
Staff are very professional.
I like the way the staff put me at ease. I don't like going out without make up but i feel comfortable going to this clinic. My consultant is extremely knowledgeable about my condition and has chosen the correct treatment.
