Friendly and professional staff

I had a great experience from start to finish with the full Skin team. The initial phone call was easy and helpful and we were able to arrange an appointment for the next day. On attending the clinic I was impressed with the professionalism and high level of customer service of all staff. The appointment with the Consultant was very comfortable and he explained everything very clearly and was even able to ensure that I had my treatment that day, which tied in with my plans. Throughout the treatment the staff were very helpful and explained what I would see, hear and experience so that there were no shocks. A very positive, professional and enjoyable experience.
