Excellent doctor, went through the options and details of the procedure very well, and showed great concern for patient. Simple to set up appointments and attentive staff.
I think there needs to be better communication around pricing at the outset. I was happy with my treatment and the staff were all very helpful, but I didn’t really know for sure exactly what the cost would be until the end. I’m not complaining about the cost, just to be clear, but I think there’s scope for improvement in terms of working this out up front.
