Arrived early expecting to have to fill in some paperwork which was duly presented but only after sitting for some 20 mins. Consultation was on time and very professional service and prepared to perform procedure there and then thus avoiding having to make a 2nd appointment with the associated 60 mile round trip. Much appreciated

Efficiency, welcoming staff, good communication

I was very pleased with my consultation and being able to have the procedures done immediately. Professional but also friendly. However I did find it disconcerting that the colleague assisting was coming in and out of the room constantly during my time there. It made it feel very public and I wondered who was going to come in next!

My husband was concerned about the removal of his wart and without a seconds thought it was done and dusted with no problems at all he was very pleased and relieved Would definitely recommend the sk:n clinic

Very efficient, friendly and good service. Only scored 8/10 as is quite hard to find and parking is difficult and poor.

I think it hinges on the outcome. My varruca was causing me a number of problems over the last couple of years and the NHS was not offering anything effective to remove it. So I resorted to going privately. The cost was considerable given my earnings. If it works it will have been worthwhile but if the varruca were to return I feel there should be a further attempt at no cost. That way the patient feels some sense of guarantee that the expense carries the likelihood of a positive outcome. It would also be in keeping with the advertising that from memory, suggests a high rate of success.

I have had three moles removed by Chris Harland and he is fantastic. No scaring on my face at all. Would highly recommend anyone thinking of getting a mole removed. Fast and professional.
