Very fast turnover. I booked a consultation on Friday for Sunday and was booked in for the procedure the next day! Staff very nice and comforting. Very reasonable prices. Overall a great experience.

The reaction time was really fast. I sent an email to arrange an appointment and heard from the Skin office within minutes on a Sunday morning. An appointment was scheduled for that afternoon. I saw the doctor and he quickly resolved the issue..

As I was the first patient on her list everything was a bit unorganized. The doctor had to keep apologising as she couldn't find certain instruments/swabs etc.

I came to skin to remove a mole after I had already had the mole checked by a GP. I already new that the mole was safe but I still wanted a skin doctor to remove it. I was told I would still need a consultation which would cost between 100-150. I came to my consultation on time however needed to wait 30 minutes to see the doctor as they were late. My consultation then only lasted about 2-3 minutes and I wasn't told anything my GP had already told me. I was just told I would need to book an appointment 4-5 weeks later to get is removed. The time it took to book my appointment lasted longer than my actual consultation and I was still charged. When I attended my appointment weeks later I again had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Normally I don't mind waiting but when you are paying alot of money to go private I would expect a better customer service experience. Although once the mole was removed I was happy with the end result I feel that my consultation charge was unfair and that a smoother experience could have been provided.
