Love my lips
Front desk wasn’t as slick as normally was, due to a pricing error I was kept waiting almost 15 minutes after treatment having expressed I had 3 small children in the car. Needless to say I wasn’t impressed
Very efficient service, communicative friendly staff, lovely clinic, quick turnaround in clinic and treatment with a highly experienced plastic surgeon in my case, though I will be back for treatment with one of the lovely nurses too.
Treatment at Sheffield clinic fantastic. Call centre set up (not being able to contact clinic direct if needed) is less than ideal, as is the £50 deposit which is fully charged at booking, not just 'authorised'
