I wouldn't go elswhere. Everyone is always very friendly and helpful. I've had a number of treatments in the clinic and every time I left 100% happy, I know I'm in safe hands. Thank you

The front desk staff should be more pleasant and focus on you & not talking to each other and just deal with you like someone who has just spent £10 when you have spent over £1000 at your appointment. They should be busier and not 3 behind desk when only 1 visible person waiting on an appointment. Are there other thing they can visibly be doing to see the standards of the place when appointments cost a good part of your hard earned money.

Staff are polite and informative. The consultation, time and planned treatment also the administering of treatment from the doctor is first class and is the reason I return to Skin for future treatments.

Reception staff are all very friendly and helpful. Dr Adam Gilmour is very honest in his advice and assessment of possible results. I have been wholly satisfied with the results of his treatment and have already recommended SKN to four of my close friends.
