I welcome the offers and discounts since the treatments are rather expensive. I am more willing to go ahead with a treatnent when there is an offer.
FRIENDLY, EFFICIENT, EFFECTIVE
Have the phone line go straight to the clinic. The switchboard feels very impersonal now. Also the prices are expensive.

Since Cambridge Hair and Laser taken over by Skin it feels a lot less personal and more commercialised. The bureaucratic forms and endless questions about emotional state and body image etc are quite off-putting for those of us who have a relatively simple, approach to 'beauty treatments' and just would like a little dark hair lasered off as it's better than bleaching. Central call centre also non ideal when booking appointments. Otherwise experience was fine.
This score is a massive improvement from my original one. Staff are nice and are professional. If the prices changed too much I would have to think about things but with the offers things are more affordable/reasonable
Friendly staff and product is effective. Would like to see discount offered to one off treatments as well as multiple bookings.
Fast, and very efficient. Fantastic staff as usual. I also love to always have my therapist every time. She knows me well and she’s very knowledgeable. I don’t have to worry about getting different treatments as you would if the therapist was different every time. Thank you!
