I’ve only given a 7 because I am in the middle of treatment and won’t know what the outcome will be for a few weeks. Front desk staff at London Wall Clinic very polite. My consultant, Dr Firas Al-Niaimi is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. My laser treatment is progressing nicely and I will update at the end of my treatment.

Honest advice with realistic expectations.

Dr Nathan Holt and nurse Kai were excellent on Wednesday when my daughter had laser treatment for acne scarring . Dr Holt had an excellent manner, very understanding of our concerns, extremely knowledgeable and professional, even injecting much needed humour at appropriate times to lift the mood. Kai had received the same treatment and so gave us excellent post-care advise ( including showing us recovery day by day photos) which has proved invaluable . Could not recommend them both more highly....many many thanks

I thought the entire process from consultation to treatment was seamless....I was kept completely informed all the way through. I could not recommend Nathan more highly what a truly lovely man.

I cannot thank sk:n, its amazing staff Alison Jenny Samantha and most of all Dr. Vishal Madan enough. My skin is still healing from the laser I did for treating acne scarring. However at this initial stage I can already tell my skin is much much better than it was before. It's like a miracle! I have been battling with this issue my entire life and to finally see some improvement and results is just life changing for me. The staff were all so very caring and very thoughtful about my entire procedure. Dr. was very professional and came across as an expert in his field as he was knowledge on everything I asked and prescribed medication that worked. Thank you again so very much. I can't wait to see my final results when im fully healed! Thank you.

I thought the service was superb from the staff. Still in recovery, so don't know how well it went as yet.But couldn't fault the service.Suzanne and the staff were 10 out of 10.
