I would like to speak to the branch directly. It feels very official and buerocratic having to go through the the central number and it prevents to establish a more personal relationship with the branch.

not a thing really.. the welcome was warm and friendly. the doctor was lovely, knowledgeable, kind and reassuring... just wish the area i got done came either with a smaller price tag or got a little bit more for my money... or maybe i missed it but maybe made a little bit clearer on the site (what counts as one area etc ), saything that ive found you now and im not looking to change you... but if i was going to suggest something, that would be it. Thank you and see you again soon.

I like my consultant. I like the staff in the Chiswick office. I never feel rushed, as though i'm just a number. They listen and tailor make the solution to fit me : )
