Friendly and fast
It would have helped me if I had had better service from your call centre in Birmingham. The attitude seemed bored and uncaring. The representative offered me Esher clinic and one more before I suggested Epsom, which was clearly much nearer. And new nothing when I enquired about parking and where in the hospital is the clinic. So I parked and found I was as far as possible from the clinic, had a long walk in baking sun, found there was free parking at the clinic entrance (I paid pounds), and that I had been booked in with a doctor who did not do the laser treatment I wanted. So this was a wasted visit and I had to re-book a second visit. The treatment seems to have gone well, but my comfort and confidence level has been dented.
Last appointment was £450 for about 20 minutes. Very expensive.
