Our New Harley Street Clinic
Our new Harley Street flagship clinic boasts 7 state-of-the-art treatment rooms with first-class facilities that enable us to offer clients a much wider variety of dermatology and aesthetic treatments performed by some of the country’s leading Doctors and Dermatologists.
SURROUNDED BY RICH HISTORY
The new clinic is just 5 minutes from Oxford Circus tube station and is on the 3rd floor of a Grade II statutory listed Georgian building which exudes character, charm and personality. Located on the cusp of Cavendish Square Gardens (north side), the clinic is surrounded by rich and extravagant history and was once home to a Princess!
Some interesting facts about our new clinic location:
- Cavendish Square was laid out by John Prince for the second Earl of Oxford and named after the Countess, Lady Henrietta Cavendish Holles.
- The clinic building, now known as 16 Cavendish Square/2 Harley Street, was the home of Her Royal Highness Princess Amelia, the second daughter of His Majesty King George II, who lived at the property when it was known as 12A Cavendish Square.
- The property was built in 1734, and the Princess, who was the third occupant, lived there between 1771 and her death in 1786.
To celebrate the opening and showcase our new clinic location and offering, we held a VIP launch event for media and special guests.
We held a round table discussion for leading trade journalists to discuss the future of the aesthetic and dermatology industry, and then hosted lifestyle journalists from titles such as HELLO!, The Guardian and Women’s Health. Guests enjoyed delicious skin-boosting canapes as well as a tour of the clinic and treatment demonstrations.
Feedback was all-round positive, and included:
"I didn’t realise sk:n offered such high medical expertise. It’s really reassuring for people to know they can come to a brand which is on the high street and have treatments for more severe conditions." Georgia Seago from Professional Beauty
"It was amazing, such incredible things your doctors can do." Clare Longrigg from The Guardian
Our treatment offering at our Harley Street clinic is vast and the clinic is home to Pico, a new generation aesthetic laser for tattoo removal. It uses patented short-pulse laser technology to deliver energy to the tattooed area very quickly, shattering the ink into tiny particles and allowing it to be easily disposed of by the body.
Harley Street is also the only sk:n clinic with Ioma, a top of the range skin scanner which provides an in-depth analysis of facial skin. It examines pigmentation, blocked pores and bacteria, sun damage, fine lines and wrinkles to highlight possible treatments needed to improve a client’s skin concerns.
Other treatments available include thread vein removal, rosacea treatment and mole removal as well as acne scar treatment, micro-needling and microdermabrasion for skin rejuvenation – plus much more.
