Acne & Breakouts

Foods that are high in vitamin A are good at battling the break-out. Peggy talks about sweet potato in particular, due to the dark orange flesh having high levels of beta carotene which the human body converts into vitamin A. She also mentions a quick fix to get rid of a blemish; putting fresh honey over it. No one likes having a muffin top but apparently reducing the stress levels and amount of sugar you eat can help. Replace sugar with natural sweeteners, like yacon syrup, and make sure to eat foods that are high in fibre and omega 3.
