Five things we do in neglecting our skin

1. Failing to Remove Makeup Correctly

For many of us removing our makeup can be such a chore after a long day or a night out. 2. Not Drinking Enough Water

We all know the drill, that by drinking eight glasses of water a day and keeping well hydrated our skin will reap the benefits. Drinking dehydrating substances packed full of caffeine such as coffee and cola can leave you thirsty and your skin looking dull.

3. Picking and Playing
