Tricks to Looking Younger

Charles Dickens once said "Cheerfulness and contentment are great beautifiers and are famous preservers of youthful looks." So how can we go about looking and feeling younger?

1. Focus on the Positives

Don't bog yourself down with fad diets or look at images of young slender women and feel like you need to compete. Sometimes just embracing your shape and size is key to being beautiful. However, what happens when you work hard to lose the weight and are left with loose skin after weight loss and are too self conscious to flaunt your new figure? 2. Less is More

As you get older, a less is more attitude is advisable when it comes to make-up application.
