So, what do we mean when we say love the skin you're in?

Before you even consider going ahead with any non-surgical treatment, you need to get your daily regime in order and starting in the morning. Each morning, kick off the day with a gentle exfoliating cleanser and a good moisturiser, ideally with SPF 30 sun protection because sun-damage is the most common of all skin concerns. The same applies to the evenings, a gentle cleanser or exfoliator, followed by a gentle oil-free moisturiser is ideal.
