Sue Krishnan - laser hair removal
Sue first realised she had more body hair than other girls at school when she was in a PE class and her teacher cruelly remarked: "You're a hairy little monkey aren't you?!" This insensitive comment stuck with Sue, and her ongoing nightmare of removing hair by waxing, plucking and shaving began. According to Sue, she spent most of her spare time removing hair. She eventually went to the doctor and was diagnosed with hirsuitism, a medical condition often linked to Polycystic Ovary Syndrome, which causes females to have excess body hair in areas it would not normally be found. Jess Cotton - Accent skin tightening
Jess had booked a holiday to go to Trinidad for Carnival for the second year in a row, which meant she would have to wear a beautiful, but very small, bikini-based costume. The only problem she had was with the timing - as it is in early February, she only had a month to tone up and lose some pounds after the usual Christmas feasting.
"I stepped up my gym classes, but the weight I found hardest to shift was my 'muffin top' and I was very concerned about baring my midriff and dancing while my excess chub jiggled! I had one more treatment and noticed the same results again. When I measured myself, I had lost about an inch in total from my middle and really saw a difference when I put my bikini on. The results have lasted, but I intend to go back for another treatment before I go on holiday later this year as it not only made me look better but gave me loads more confidence, too!
