Graduated in medicine and surgery at the University of Florence, Italy in 1998.

Specialised in dermatology and venereology at the University of Florence with honours in 2002. Researcher at the Department of Dermatology of the University of Florence from 2003 to mid 2004.

Trained in the use of lasers and IPL in dermatology, aesthetic medicine and cosmetic dermatology, photodynamic therapy with ALA.
