How to find us:
By road: The most direct route into Manchester is via the A57 Mancunian Way. Exit at the A56 junction and follow signs for the city centre. Travel along Deansgate for 900 metres and there is a public car park on your right. Once parked turn right and continue up Deansgate. Take the second turning right onto Lloyd Street, turn left onto Albert Square and the clinic is on your left after 100 metres. Clients are advised to use the public car park at nearby Deansgate.
By train: Rail users may travel to nearby Victoria or Piccadilly stations, which are both main line stations with regular services around the North, and are only a 10 minute walk away. Salford Central and Deansgate Stations are also in close proximity. The nearest metro station is St Peter's Square.
By bus: All bus services from outlying Manchester areas travel through the city centre with many stopping at the bus station on Piccadilly Gardens which is in the immediate vicinity of the clinic.

Tim Blackburn is a registered specialist with the General Medical Council in Facial Surgery, working at Manchester Royal Infirmary and sk:n Manchester. specialising in diagnosis and treatment for cosmetic facial / neck laser treatments, collagen filler and botulinum toxin treatments and cosmetic facial plastic surgery.
Tim Blackburn has experience in over 2500 operations / procedures across the whole range of facial, head and neck surgery including cosmetic laser treatments. He is also a member of the Association of Facial Plastic Surgeons, the European Association of Facial Plastic Surgeons and the European Association of Cranio-Maxillo-Facial Surgeons.

After leaving Coventry School, Tim Blackburn studied both medicine and dentistry at King's College London graduating with double honours in both degrees.
Academic memberships / affiliations:
Tim Blackburn is a member of the Clinical Effectiveness Committee for our National Association and performs peer reviews for the International Journal of Oral & Maxillo-Facial Surgery. Other affiliations include memberships of the British Association of Oral Maxillo-Facial Surgeons, International Association of Oral Maxillo-Facial Surgeons, British Association of Clinical Anatomists, British Medical Association and he is Registered with the General Medical Council.
Publications / presentations:
Tim Blackburn has nine publications including one invited review paper. He also has one systematic review paper submitted for publication. He has given 19 oral presentations (four at international, five at national conferences), eleven poster presentations (six at international, three at national conferences) and has completed numerous clinical governance audits.
